Land Acknowledgement

Public Health Connect would like to acknowledge that the land on which we work is the traditional and unceded land of many Inuit, Métis, and First Nations people that have long called this land their home. We recognize that the impact of colonization and presence of settlers has adversely impacted the Indigenous people of Turtle Island and tainted our relations. We commit to facilitating reconciliation by learning more about existing treaties, our shared history, and engaging with Indigenous communities through the work we do.
